Order Registered Agent Service via mail

Prefer to pay for registered agent service via check?  Then follow the three easy steps below and we'll get you set up.

1.   Download our Registered Agent agreement, fill it out with your company's information and sign it. Our agreement is in Adobe PDF format - you can get a free PDF reader by downloading it from the Adobe website here.  Or, if you prefer, we can send the agreement to you by fax or mail.  Download our Registered Agent agreement here.

2.   Pay the annual fee.  Our annual fee to serve as Registered Agent for your company is just $125.00.  That's it - no extra fees, hidden fees, mail fees, postage fees, fee fees, just $125.00 per year.  Payment of the fee can be made by mailing us a check or money order made payable to "Virginia Professional Services, LLC"

3.   Send us the signed Registered Agent agreement and check to:

And that's all.  We'll take care of the rest.  Once we receive the agreement and the check, we'll send a fully signed copy of the agreement to you along with the correct form for your situation and full instructions on how to complete it.
