Registered Agent and Document Storage Service Payments Page

Under new Virginia laws that went into effect in July, 2008, licensed security companies must maintain certain company records within the Commonwealth of Virginia at an office location that is accessible to inspection by the licensing agency.  We can serve as your office in Virginia and securely store your required documentation.  In the event that Virginia wants to inspect your records, we will make them available for inspection and provide the use of a conference room for this purpose. 

Please choose your desired level of service from our selections below.  Your payment will be processed securely.

1.  Purchase 1 year of both registered agent service and document storage service for your security related business - $299, renewable at your option - use our instant online registered agent order form and remember to select the document storage option at the bottom of the order form

2.  Purchase 1 year of just document storage service for your security related business.  Only choose this option if you currently have a different registered agent service in place - $225, renewable at your option

3.  Purchase 1 year of document storage service and you have already paid the $125 annual registered agent fee separately - $174
